This morning I couldn't eat breakfast like I normally do because I had to go to the Dr. for bloodwork. They took 5 vials of blood!!!! Bunch of vampires!! They are testing my thyroid, cholestrol and obviously everything else under the sun if they need so many vials of blood! My arm is sore. I will find out on the 15th of this month the results of these tests when I go in for my physical.

Oh yes! I know exactly how you feel. Sigh... I'll have to be submitting to that soon, too. Still, it's good to be checked up, don't you think?

ReplyDeleteSherri, I do it twice/year to keep tabs on thyroid, cholesterol, etc. I'm on meds for both so we keep a close eye on the need to tweak. I'm lucky on two counts, I have really good veins and the person who draws the blood is really, really good at her job!
