We really liked the Realtor that came to our house tonight. She will be doing some comps and some research for listing our house. It will be listed in about 1 week. She really loved the house and said she was really excited about selling it. She and I have alot of similarities in our lives too! I'll keep everyone posted!

    Mary, thank you! I really have a good feeling about selling this time. Keep your fingers crossed (and toes, arms, legs, etc.) LOL!!
