Cherry Blossoms are Blooming!

I found this picture on line and I fell in love with it! The Cherry Blossoms are starting to bloom all over Charlotte now and they look absolutely beautiful! These are the early cherry blossoming trees. This weekend I will have to see if I can take some pictures of the ones around our neighborhood-they are beautiful! The daffodils, hyacinths, crocus' and all the other spring blossoming flowers just make you smile when you see them. This is the perfect time of year!

Oh wow! I love this photo also! We'll be going to Japan next week and they tell me the cherry blossoms are going to be blooming on the 24th when we get there. I can hardly wait to see it.

Lovely photo. I love cherry blossoms, but it is a bit early for them here. Thanks for sharing.

I agree, this is the perfect time of year. We don't have cherry trees here but we do have apples and crabapples that bloom beautifully. Soon.

What a beautiful site! I will miss the tree outside my parents house which will start to bloom soon... although I won't miss the blossoms that use to fall on my car!!

I've never actually 'lived' in cherry blossom season, only dreamed it. Your photo is lovely. Enjoy! Are they fragrant?

Breathtaking! I can only imagine the fragrance.

We got our first warm days in NJ yesterday and today. The only flowers I've had bloom so far are snowdrops and crocuses.

Thank you for sharing.

Ring of Kerry, Ireland
My husband, John and I went to Ireland for our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2004. We had an awesome trip and we will never forget it. We actually got to visit our friends who live in Northern Ireland. We spent 3 wonderful days with them! The picture above was taken when we visited The Ring of Kerry. The beauty of Ireland is just spectacular! If you ever get a chance visit there.
Megan is my oldest daughter. She and Ken were married on April 12, 2008. It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
Jenny and Kevin at their wedding 8/30/08. The wedding was at our home and turned out wonderful! Everyone had such a good time!
