We found an apartment!

John and I decided we better not waste any time finding an apartment to move into the middle of next month. We went to look at an apartment where our girls had rented. It was very nice and they had an apartment available with a garage but we decided to look at some more. We went to another group of apartments that are done in the Craftsman Style (like our house will be). We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment cost less, they gave us money off for an incentive and the garage was included, they also would give us our application fee back off our first months rent. So we are set for the next 6 months!! We will be moving into the apartment on April 14th!

Here is a picture of the outside of the apartment:

We will be on the ground floor apartment. There is a dog park for Teddy (our Golden), a pool, pergola areas, grill areas and some people even have rented Community Gardens! It is a really great place to rent and all the tenants we met while looking at the apartments seem very nice. They are really dog friendly there too!

I am so glad the search is over with! Now I must get packing!!

Wow, what a lovely apartment complex! We are on the hunt for an apartment for our son and daughter who will be sharing a place while she goes back to grad school and he finishes up under grad. I hope we are as lucky to find something just as wonderful!

Wonderful! Sounds like the amenities are great, especially a dog park.

I know it is a relief to have found a temporary lodging for the time your house is being built!

It seems that all is well there! That apartment surely came as a relief! It looks spacious, and it's quite a good deal. Although it will just be a temporary thing, I'm sure you and your kids will have a great time there! Cheers, Sherri! :)

Your apartment is not bad at all. Good for you that you found the best one for your family. I bet you would stay there for long. What do you think? It looks good and quite spacious, too.

Your apartment looks great! In searching for an apartment, it’s good to check the range of amenities offered. You have to determine what essential services or facilities (facilities that you both want and need) must be there before you consider it as one of your choices, like the dog park. That’s good!

It seems like you found a lovely neighborhood there! I hope you really enjoy living in your apartment. How’s your relationship with the other tenants? Are they friendly neighbors? I hope they are because it’s good to know you have people to ask for assistance in case you need help.

The apartment looks amazing! And to think that it cost you less. It is actually a very good choice. Even though it is just an apartment, the amenities are great! The grill area would be in good use, when you start to have some barbeque event with your new neighbors. Hope you still enjoy the whole experience with the apartment.

Ring of Kerry, Ireland
My husband, John and I went to Ireland for our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2004. We had an awesome trip and we will never forget it. We actually got to visit our friends who live in Northern Ireland. We spent 3 wonderful days with them! The picture above was taken when we visited The Ring of Kerry. The beauty of Ireland is just spectacular! If you ever get a chance visit there.
Megan is my oldest daughter. She and Ken were married on April 12, 2008. It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
Jenny and Kevin at their wedding 8/30/08. The wedding was at our home and turned out wonderful! Everyone had such a good time!
