Wonderful Decorating and Garden Ideas for a Friday!

It's Friday (finally!!)!  I was looking at some decorating and garden ideas and I decided to share them with all of you.  I thought it would be a nice way to wind down this rather hectic week.

I love everything about this porch!!  The wicker, red, white, different green color paint, everything!!
The shelves in this kitchen are loaded with such cute bowls and cups.  I love the soft colors!  The polka dots are so cute!!
Now this is one dreamy bedroom!  Look at that chandelier!  Very restful looking.
I have always loved arbors and this one didn't disappoint me! The field stone pathway is something I would love to do at the new house.  I think the new house is going to have an arbor in its future!!
I have always loved craftsman style homes.  The one we hope to be building would look wonderful with a front door just like this one.  Love the color too!
As most of you know I am an avid reader.  This is my idea of a wonderful reading area!!  I love that chair!
Here is another lovely little porch!  I wish I was here right now!!

Hope you liked all the lovelies I found on pinterest.  I love to daydream, especially on a Friday!  Have an awesome weekend everyone!

I'm remiss in commenting lately dear - but have been reading your posts and hope things are going better for your Dad etc. My Africa posts are taking up my time - I took so many pics and it takes chunk of time to edit them and be able to share the wonderful experiences we had. I'll be traveling again in Sept. so have to complete Africa first - why aren't there more hours in a day!!!!!!!

Lovely calming photos here - and I love your new banner, so Summery and pretty.

Take care Sherri - enjoy these days - too hot for me but this is Summer in the south and perhaps I need to get used to it......after all I've lived down here 35 years now!!!!

Hugs Mary

Mary, thanks for asking about my Dad. Yesterday we found out he will have to have spine surgery the second week in August. Hopefully that will stop what is happening to his body.

I do love all those Africa photos and I'm sure it takes you a long time to edit and post them. I do thoroughly enjoy them though!!

I love all of these ideas!! I am hoping to get a covered porch once we finish remodeling inside. At least I can have a cooler place to sit outside. I love the bowls and such in the kitchen photo. The dreaming about everything is lots of fun :-)

Ring of Kerry, Ireland
My husband, John and I went to Ireland for our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2004. We had an awesome trip and we will never forget it. We actually got to visit our friends who live in Northern Ireland. We spent 3 wonderful days with them! The picture above was taken when we visited The Ring of Kerry. The beauty of Ireland is just spectacular! If you ever get a chance visit there.
Megan is my oldest daughter. She and Ken were married on April 12, 2008. It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
Jenny and Kevin at their wedding 8/30/08. The wedding was at our home and turned out wonderful! Everyone had such a good time!
