Wire Bird Nest Necklaces and alot of Laughing!

Yesterday one of my knitting group friends came over and I taught her how to make wire bird nest necklaces. Patty brought some of her beautiful tiny glass beadwork over and I was amazed at all the things she had brought to show me-they were absolutely gorgeous! She used to work for her friend, who has a bead shop in California. Every time there was a class, she would sign up for it and she learned some absolutely gorgeous things!

Patty made 2 bird nest necklaces for Christmas gifts, which turned out wonderful! She is a natural. We laughed and told stories about each others lives the whole time. John came in at one point and was laughing at us laughing like a bunch of schoolgirls! Atleast it was fun and we had a wonderful time! We have decided to do this more often and hopefully there will be alot of laughing again!

  1. I love it. We had two bead shops here a year ago. Both closed. Do you buy your supplies from a catalog or online?

  3. Marnie,I try to buy most of my supplies through etsy.com. I like to help people/artists like myself when I can. I also buy some things through an on-line catalog.
