Fall = Outdoor Fireplaces and Firepits!

When I think of Fall outside I think of crisp air scented with wood fire. John and I bought a wood pit for him on Father's Day and his birthday. We can't wait to use it!! There is nothing better than sitting outside when it gets dark with a roaring fire crackling and popping! The warmth from a fire outdoors just makes me relaxed and rested. I looked on and found the following outdoor fireplaces and pits:

I love the way this fireplace has been decked out for Fall!

This beautiful firepit has a lovely glass edge around the pit. Just gorgeous!

What a gorgeous firepit by the lake! I would just love to sit by that lake and enjoy the warmth of that fire!

Isn't this just a comfy looking place to be at night! I could so be there with a nice glass of wine and a book!

I hope everyone has a really nice weekend!!

I totally agree! Enjoying a fire in the Fall is one of my favorite past-times! I'm on the look out for a new fire pit. I had mine for three years and we wore it out! There are so many new styles out there now, it's hard to chose. My granddaughter told me tonight that she can't wait until 'I light my fire' so we can roast marshmallows!
PS...your blog design is beautiful!!

Ring of Kerry, Ireland
My husband, John and I went to Ireland for our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2004. We had an awesome trip and we will never forget it. We actually got to visit our friends who live in Northern Ireland. We spent 3 wonderful days with them! The picture above was taken when we visited The Ring of Kerry. The beauty of Ireland is just spectacular! If you ever get a chance visit there.
Megan is my oldest daughter. She and Ken were married on April 12, 2008. It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
Jenny and Kevin at their wedding 8/30/08. The wedding was at our home and turned out wonderful! Everyone had such a good time!
