I was getting tired of the old blog background so I decided to pick a background that reflected summer. I always think of cherries when I think of summer. I used to eat cherries by the bowl full when I was growing up. That reminds me I need to stop at the grocery store on the way home and pick up some! Everyone have a great day!
I love the new background, Sherri! It is so summery. Cherries are one of my favorite fruits and I loved them as a child too.
ReplyDeleteHope you're enjoying your new home, and happy to hear it takes you less time to get to work. That always helps!
Hugs,
Donna
Bright and summery - I like it!
ReplyDeleteHi Sherri, I know what you mean. When I updated my background, it inspired me to work more on my blog. I was kinda lagging for a bit.
ReplyDeleteSo maybe a new background is like getting a new dress -- it jazzes us up in our souls.
Your cherry theme is great for this time of year!
I like the new background and your header picture that matches. It looks great Sherri. Glad to hear that the move went well!
ReplyDeleteI love it! The only thing is I can't see the "ee" in Jubilee. :-)
ReplyDeleteKay, I just checked the header it I can see the ee in Jubilee on my computer. Don't know what's up with that on your computer.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the comments on my new background and header. I think I just needed a change. I'm think of changing the name too because my blog really isn't just about reading.
Hi Sherri, I can see the ee too. I like your changes. I'm thinking abut a summer header for my blog. Those cherries make me think of pie and ice cream and red checked table clothes on picnic tables;)
ReplyDeleteHey Sherri, 'life is just a bowl of cherries!':<)
ReplyDeleteVery cool, Cheryl! I'm experimenting with blogspot and can't figure out how to change the background, etc. I'm actually fooling around with it so I can help Bernie start a blog! He doesn't get computers at all. I just sit and noodle with everything until it works! I've got nothing to lose. Please let me know how to change the background...Thanks!
