This is a happy day for John and I!!

Today after I got back to the office I noticed John had sent me an e-mail. He had wonderful, wonderful news! The Banks have accepted our Short Sale Contract on our house!! We have waited 1 month and 6 days to hear these words. Now they will set a closing date and the rest of the closing stuff! We can maybe finally get on with our lives! Thank you all for supporting us, it means the world to us! You all are the greatest!!

    Congratulations Sherri!!!!!!.....You must be so happy & so relieved!....Our short sale has been going on for about 4 months now!!???...The bank has had everything they needed for all this time & still has yet to O.K> it!!???...We have done absolutely everything & now the bank has set a forclosure date as well?....We expect it to be delayed, but who knows!?.....These banks are the most poorly run institutions we have ever seen!....& all we can do is wait!.....Sorry Sherri for being so frustrated!.......I am thrilled for you though!!!....Always love your blog!.....Your friend, heidi XO
