Trying a New Diet or Healthy Way of Living

I have been looking at this book for awhile and last night I finally bought it. This book has been brought up in alot of conversations I've been involved with lately. I thought I would check it out while I was at Borders last night and decided to give it a try. From what I read I think I can really stick to this and change the way I have been eating to a more healthier way of eating. I will let you all know how I do! Wish me luck!!

  1. Sherri - let me know if this diet works for you. I'd love to get rid of my "baby belly" - 36 years after my last baby was born!

  2. Yes, good luck. I have such a hard time sticking to a diet because I eat out so much. I need to get more exercise, especially in the winter.

  6. I started Weight Watchers on New Year's Eve so I could get the New Year off to a good start. It's probably the 3rd or 4th time I've joined, but I really hope this time I reach my goal. I personally think you can do any diet, but none will work unless you go with the "headgame" and make it work - so easy to say, of course!! Good luck to you (and me!!)

  8. Mary-the picture is of Kerry, Ireland. I just thought I love that picture so much why not make it the header for my blog!

Thanks everyone for the encouragement for the Flat Belly Diet. I read some more in the book last night and decided to start it next Monday. I have to read the rest of the book and then buy all the items I will need. I am eating healthier though in the mean time. Alot more fruits, whole grains and veggies will be added to my diet that's for sure.

Joshua-thanks for stopping by for the first time!
