Alot going on this weekend!

I have alot to do this weekend and there will be some relaxing going on too! Today I'll be packing some things, especially John's great grandmother's china. The woman is coming next Sunday to pick up the Dining Room set, so it needs to be cleaned out. I also have to pack my Bellek from Ireland too. I'm going to collect the things for the garage sale next Saturday too. I will also be digging up some plants I'm taking with me to the new place. I'm going to make container gardens-they should look really nice. John will have to work next weekend on disassembling the fountain. It isn't very high, it looks like a regular birdbath but there is an acorn in the middle for the water to come out. There is alot to get done in less than 3 weeks time! I also want to take some time out to read a little too. The girls and their men will be coming here on Monday for a picnic. That should be really nice. It will be our last family gathering at this house too. It will be a little sad because Jenny and Kevin got married here. They don't seem to be too upset about it though.

I hope everyone has a love 3-day weekend!

I know you've put a lot of yourself into your house, but a house is just 4 walls. HOME is where you make it. Enjoy your weekend, dear friend.

I completely agree with Lynne's wisdom above. You will make anywhere you live a 'home' Sherri. I wish you well with all your plans this weekend.

I know moving is very stressful. I went through it last year and my daughter just went through it 2 days ago. However, I know you'll meet your neighbors and they'll love you. You'll find perfect places for all your beautiful things and then it will be your home again... just as Lynne said.

Ring of Kerry, Ireland
My husband, John and I went to Ireland for our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2004. We had an awesome trip and we will never forget it. We actually got to visit our friends who live in Northern Ireland. We spent 3 wonderful days with them! The picture above was taken when we visited The Ring of Kerry. The beauty of Ireland is just spectacular! If you ever get a chance visit there.
Megan is my oldest daughter. She and Ken were married on April 12, 2008. It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
Jenny and Kevin at their wedding 8/30/08. The wedding was at our home and turned out wonderful! Everyone had such a good time!
