We all had a wonderful day!

Merry Christmas Everyone! John, Megan, Ken, Jenny, Kevin and I had a wonderful Christmas. It started last night with dinner at Megan and Ken's house. Megan made a wonderful leg of lamb, mashed potatoes, green beans, carrots, crescent rolls and an assortment of Christmas cookies for dessert. Then at 10:15 we left for the 11:00 p.m. service at Church, which was lovely. This morning Kevin and Jenny and Megan and Ken arrived around 9:00 at our house. We opened presents and ate orange danish. We had fun! We received calls from my 2 sisters and we called my Mom. She sounded sad, my one sister wasn't going over to her house until 5:00 p.m. I asked her to come down here but she chose not too. I think she wish she had! We all got so many beautiful and wonderful gifts! It was a day to remember!

Now it is time to rest. I have work tomorrow!

Merry Christmas, Sherri. Sounds like you had a wonderful celebration with your family. Maybe you can talk your parents into visiting soon.

Sounds like a perfect Christmas. I have to work Friday too, bummer;) It would have been fun to check out a few after Christmas sales.

I hear you Marnie! Next year Christmas is on a Friday so we will have Sat. and Sun. to recoup. The years after that though I'm saving vacation time to be off the day after Christmas.

Ring of Kerry, Ireland
My husband, John and I went to Ireland for our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2004. We had an awesome trip and we will never forget it. We actually got to visit our friends who live in Northern Ireland. We spent 3 wonderful days with them! The picture above was taken when we visited The Ring of Kerry. The beauty of Ireland is just spectacular! If you ever get a chance visit there.
Megan is my oldest daughter. She and Ken were married on April 12, 2008. It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
Jenny and Kevin at their wedding 8/30/08. The wedding was at our home and turned out wonderful! Everyone had such a good time!
