Breakfast out, raised beds and jewelry!

Today was a busy one!  John and I had breakfast at Poppyseeds with Megan and Ken-fun as always.  It was so cold we went back to their house for tea.  Then we headed home to figure out what size raised beds we were going to make for our veggie garden.  Then off to Lowe's to buy the lumber.  We got everything we needed and then some!  A foxglove plant, Japanese Painted Fern, 2 hanging baskets for the front porch, 1 hanging fuschia plant, 2 tomato plants, 1 pak of yellow crook neck squash and zucchini squash plant.  John hung up the hanging baskets on the front porch and then the fushia on the back porch.  Then we decided to start on the raised beds.  We have one 4' x 8' box done and tomorrow we will do the second one.  John had to mow the lawn and that is why the second box isn't done.  While he was mowing the lawn, I went upstairs and made a bookmark for a customer, 1 necklace and a pair of earrings for my Mom for Mother's day and another necklace for my etsy site.  I also made the same necklace that I made for my Mom over again for my site.  Here are all the items I made:

 Bookmark for a customer
 Babette Necklace
The Sea Necklace

Tomorrow John and I will be finishing the second raised bed and then we will relax the rest of the day!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

  1. These are all so beautiful, Sherri. I miss wearing necklaces like I did when I was teaching. I think I wore it for the kids to enjoy and it was so much fun. Here in Hawaii I rarely wear jewelry at all. Sigh...
