We are going to try and adopt Teddy!

We are meeting a couple to tomorrow who own this lovely dog! His name is Teddy and he is a 1 1/2 years old, AKC Golden Retriever. They have a new baby, new house, another Golden who is 5 yrs. old and they just can't handle having 2 dogs. I e-mailed the wife and she e-mailed back that she would love to have us adopt him. He looks so much like our other Golden that we had in NJ named Molly. I hope everything works out. They are going to bring him to our house tomorrow and then they'll decide about the adoption. Keep your fingers crossed!

Sherri, I'm so glad you stopped by my blog and left a comment. I enjoyed browsing through your lovely blog. We do have much in common down to the golden retriever. We love our Lilly, she is a wonderful dog that we adopted from a neighbor. I hope this works out for you.

I'll be adding you to my blogroll.

Robin, I couldn't believe you had a Golden named Lilly because the picture of your cat below the dog looked just like my oldest daughter's cat Lily! We are trying to adopt Teddy because this past Monday we had to put our dog, Abby down. We had for 11 1/2 yrs. and I really miss a dog.

I'll cross my eyes, too! :D

Ring of Kerry, Ireland
My husband, John and I went to Ireland for our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2004. We had an awesome trip and we will never forget it. We actually got to visit our friends who live in Northern Ireland. We spent 3 wonderful days with them! The picture above was taken when we visited The Ring of Kerry. The beauty of Ireland is just spectacular! If you ever get a chance visit there.
Megan is my oldest daughter. She and Ken were married on April 12, 2008. It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
Jenny and Kevin at their wedding 8/30/08. The wedding was at our home and turned out wonderful! Everyone had such a good time!
