Sunday morning I woke up around 8:00 and John was still sleeping. I let Teddy out and felt the chilled air. I decided to brew myself a cup of tea and sit out on the patio. I brought my knitting outside too. The light coming through the trees and the palm tree I have next to the patio was just beautiful! I set outside for quite a few hours just taking in nature, the wonderful aroma and taste of my vanilla tea and the solitude. Here are some pictures of my day:I love drinking tea in this mug that I had bought in Sea Grove, NC. This mug was bought many years ago at Dirt Works studio.

Tea, Knitting, Outside and Bookmarks!
After I chilled out on the patio for a while I started to feel some creative vibes. I moved inside into my craft room and created these lovely items. I have just added them to my etsy site if you are interested in buying some:
That's about it for today!
My husband, John and I went to Ireland for our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2004. We had an awesome trip and we will never forget it. We actually got to visit our friends who live in Northern Ireland. We spent 3 wonderful days with them! The picture above was taken when we visited The Ring of Kerry. The beauty of Ireland is just spectacular! If you ever get a chance visit there.
Megan is my oldest daughter. She and Ken were married on April 12, 2008. It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
