What a nice weekend!

I had a really great weekend! It started out on Friday night with a pedicure with Megan and Kaitlyn from work. Saturday I slept a little late and then had my haircut. After that I came home and cleaned the whole townhouse. I made a really nice dinner for John and I when he got home from work. We watched some TV and chatted. Sunday I got up a little late again and proceeded to have a nice breakfast, read a little, and then I made some earrings. Not as many as I would like but some. I will be making more this week. I put 2 of the copper earrings on If you would like to take a peek, I'm under cherylmcdermitt1. John had to work until 3:30 yesterday and when he came home he wanted to take a little ride. So we drove South and ended up in Columbia, SC. We saw some really nice older homes, which I took pics of. I'll be posting them tonight. I love old houses they all have so much history behind them. We headed back home (we live about 1 hr. 20 mins. away). We had a nice dinner of spaghetti and meatballs and then chilled out for the rest of the night. What a perfect weekend!!

Just perfect! I'd love to have taken that ride. I have two dear, dear friends down there; one in North and the other in South - sisters right across the border from one another.

Oh yes! That sounds like a very lovely weekend!

Ring of Kerry, Ireland
My husband, John and I went to Ireland for our 25th Wedding Anniversary in 2004. We had an awesome trip and we will never forget it. We actually got to visit our friends who live in Northern Ireland. We spent 3 wonderful days with them! The picture above was taken when we visited The Ring of Kerry. The beauty of Ireland is just spectacular! If you ever get a chance visit there.
Megan is my oldest daughter. She and Ken were married on April 12, 2008. It was a wonderful ceremony and reception!
Jenny and Kevin at their wedding 8/30/08. The wedding was at our home and turned out wonderful! Everyone had such a good time!
